I had to make cover changes, and I didn’t know how to stop!

We interrupt our normal program of the best hits from the Apostle Paul’s life because I have lost complete control of myself.

I hope that sending this email will purge the evil spirit and I’ll get back on track.

It started with me wondering what Study the Bible – Six Easy Steps would look like with a different cover.  Not radically different, just… “tweaked.”

When you look in the dictionary at the term “slippery slope” you’ll find my picture there, because I immediately proceeded to lose all footing.

What was all the hubbub about?  I’ll show you here  dennis-stevenson.com/study-the-bible-covers

I put together a little museum display of the pride and joy covers that I’ve had over the years.  Starting with the original, to the version that I changed to a couple years ago… to the “masterpiece” that I am in the process of rolling out now.

And I’ve given you the power to declare which one you like the best (yes, I’m terrified everyone will pick the original version).

I’m ashamed to say that I’ve spent hours futzing with that image, trying different options and sizes and fonts and colors…

So, no you haven’t heard from me because I’ve been completely distracted.

And Yes, I did a bunch of the editing and what-not in PowerPoint.  Most people think of it as the software that makes boring slides that put you to sleep during meetings – but I find it the most versatile tool on my computer.

But if you want to know more about that, you’ll have to email me back and ask.

I’ll breathe a big sigh and hope that I can get back on track now!

We’ll all know on Sunday 🙂

Dennis
