Two bible students share their experiences signing up for the Fall Semester studies.
We’re almost at the end of the enrollment for the Fall Semester of Study Groups. That’s either good because I’ll stop bothering you about it – or bad because you’ll miss out on getting in and experiencing the spiritual growth and confidence you would have gained from studying God’s word.
I get a lot of email from Bible Students who have been doing the different studies. When I asked them what they would tell someone who was thinking about signing up, I got a some really great responses.
Lucinda shared about signing up for her study…
My hesitation was that everybody sees things differently and I may not agree with what your interpretation and would I feel lacking in knowledge.
Filling in the sign-up form gave me motivation but also it made me feel I had made an important step in going in the direction I wanted to go.
It gave me confidence that while I may not agree with everything, I will learn another point of view or have a constructive argument for why I don’t agree.
I have not completed the courses yet but I know I am going to acquire study skills and a systematic way of studying for the future.
Lucinda is spot on. I’m not here to push a specific interpretation on you. I want you to discover what God’s word says for yourself. I’d much prefer you to feel connected to the text and discover God’s word for yourself than wish that you’d become a carbon copy of me.
I appreciate the sense of empowerment that she felt by DOING SOMETHING about her desire to grow spiritually. Signing up was a small step, but it had great symbolic meaning for her and could mean the same – or even more – for you.
If you want to feel that empowerment and take the next step to becoming your best Bible Student, here are the two options that I am offering this fall semester. And they are totally free to you to participate:
Aaron spoke about signing up for the video class…
I personally had no hesitation because I want to learn the Bible and the program was inexpensive, short, and straight forward, and as close to being done in person or handholding as can be.
The only problem I or anyone else has is how determined they/we are to setting aside the time and doing the work – spending time with our Lord and Savior is the best manner He gave us.
Aaron has it right. The monetary cost to do the online study is minimal. The real commitment is in the time it takes to dive into God’s word. But that investment pays eternal dividends.
If you want to learn the Bible like Aaron, this is your path. You can step forward with confidence that you’ll get both God’s Word and as close to ‘hand-holding” as I can manage.
What I will say is that coming out the other side of this study, you will be a different kind of Bible student that you were when you started. You will be more confident and more skilled by far.
You can sign up to get the online studies for 50% off with the links below. It’s a two step process – first you will need to create an account, then you can sign up for the study.
If it doesn’t show as $20, you can use the coupon code “FALL-SEMESTER” (don’t forget the dash “-” between the words) to reduce the cost down to just $20.
Aaron and Lucinda took the step. Will you? Will you step into the joy of being a Bible Student? Will you commit to spiritual growth? Will you take the step to dive into God’s Word?
It’s as easy as clicking the links above and signing up.
You won’t regret it and will receive eternal benefits for the investment you make.
Ball’s in your court. What will you do?
Expectantly,
Dennis
