I know it’s been a while since I’ve written. I hope you haven’t forgotten who I am. 🙂 I write books about studying the Bible and devotional books about hymns and miracles.
This is my way of saying I haven’t forgotten about you. Mentally I’ve composed a half dozen emails, but just never typed them out. You shouldn’t give me any credit for imaginary emails though.
A couple things I’m excited about that I wanted to share with you, and then I’ll leave you alone (but only until next week).
First: I’m taking a chance on a new venture! I’ve gotten hooked up with a printer who will print books for sales off my website.
What really makes me excited about this is that it means I have more options available. So I can actually print my workbooks with spiral bindings! I think this will make the workbook much easier to use.
AND I’ve come up with a new way to do Bible Studies! In the past I’ve been doing them through email. But I get that not everyone loves email as much as I do. So maybe that’s not the best way. The spiral bound workbooks have given me some new ideas on how I can structure the studies for Titus, 1 Timothy and Ruth (and maybe make some new ones!)
That’s in the future, but if you want to see my majorly revamped website (and what the spiral bound workbooks look like), check it out there:
Second: I’ve been asked to be on a podcast! It’s called The Relentlessly Biblical podcast. Something I can really get behind for sure for sure!
On Tuesday this week I’ll be recording with the hosts. Not yet sure when it will go out (the podcast does one episode per month).
I’ll be talking about studying the Bible (of course!).
One of the podcast hosts found my book Study the Bible – Six Easy Steps and liked it so much, they’ve asked me to come and talk to them.
It should be fun. I’ll tell you about it when I know more.
Until next week…
Blessings,
Dennis
