It’s really easy to love Christmas.

I’ve finished all my shopping and presents are starting to appear under the tree.  There’s an aroma in the air… and it smells like…. Chex Mix?

Yeah.  Chex Mix is my Christmas kryptonite.  My wife makes it the perfect way – in large bowls.  It’s so tempting to grab the bowl and sit down in a chair and emerge 2 hours later and 10 lbs heavier.

Everyone in my family knows they take their life into their own hands when they approach the bowl of Chex Mix.

I guess it reminds me of that childhood Christmas feeling.  You know, when Christmas was the most wonderful time of the year and you were just about to die because you couldn’t open your presents?
